
Many of you will have already noticed that we have already begun the process of removing, sorting and packing loose items from the Clubhouse in preparation for the renovations. This month will see our operations begin to transition from the upstairs Main Bar areas downstairs to our Bunker Bar and then onto our temporary facilities once the builders require the premises to be vacated.
The Clubhouse top floor will be closed for trade from after the competition presentation on Saturday 7th January. Our reception team will continue upstairs for as long as possible during this transition period but we do encourage you to ring or email with any enquiries to minimise the traffic upstairs and down.
The Call will continue from the Bunker Bar for as long as is practicable whilst we are still trading in the Clubhouse. At the point that we need to suspend the Call, we will then move to 100% online bookings only, as we did previously during Covid.
The toilets and shower facilities in the locker rooms will continue to be open throughout this month long transition pending occasional works for the different trades to begin their inspections of services. As we get closer to February and their intended commencement date, we will begin to limit the access depending on their requirements. At all times we will communicate which amenities are available for the members and endeavour to offer as many options as possible.
