Any member wishing to invite a guest to play on a competition day at MVGC must seek approval from the Club Captain or General Manager.
The Club is very close to capacity in relation to membership and timesheets. If there are vacancies on the timesheet 24 hours before the day of play, members can contact the Pro Shop directly and request a booking. This will be at the discretion of the Pro Shop staff, depending on availability.
If you are seeking to bring a guest or a group of guests, a reminder that Tuesday is an Open competition and may be booked three weeks in advance.
