Our Head Chef, Mitchell Brooks has resigned from the Club unfortunately. Mitch has been at Mona Vale for the past 7 years. Originally employed as the Sous Chef in 2014, Mitch was later promoted to Head Chef. Mitch has bought a caravan and decided to travel Australia with his young family, while able. We are incredible grateful of Mitch’s great work and amazing food over the past 7 years. I would like to thank Mitch and wish him, Nicole, Archie, Xavier and Taj a fantastic trip around Australia.
