We have now separated the member’s prize account from their House credit account for ease of viewing by the member and to give full discretion in how they choose to use their prize credits.
The prize credits can still be used for food & beverage transactions and our staff will soon be asking those of you that have already used up their House credit whether they’d like to pay for a transaction using prize credit.
Standard practice in the bar will be that House credit will be used first and foremost for all payments. Members will then be advised if they have insufficient House credit and the choice given to use their prize credit or not. All top-ups will be to the House account.
Redemption of prizes for use in the Pro Shop will continue as normal with a voucher from Reception. Please refrain from redeeming individual balls for use in the Pro Shop and redeem a decent amount of prize credits at one time. Our reception team will thank you for this consideration and so will Gerard.
