The Call ‘Trial’
With the new ease in restrictions the Board would like to continue with the ‘trial call’ on Tuesday 9th and Tuesday the 16th of February. After receiving some feedback from December’s ‘trial call’ regarding the allocation of the booking sheet that had 25% internet times and 75% of times available at the Club, we will be allocating 50% of times to each booking process. We understand that this might cause some pressure at the Club for getting the time you desire, however, if you do miss out at the club the internet will still open at 7pm for a second attempt at your desired time.
Due to the signing in process, it is recommended that all members arrive in good time, prior to the scheduled 5.30pm draw. Nobody will be permitted in the Clubhouse without signing into our Services NSW QR code or manual Ipad entry. The draw will commence at 5.30pm, if members are still signing in due to not allowing enough time, you could miss your allocated raffle number. The Bunker Bar will operate as per usual on these Tuesdays. The Members Lounge will be open for the “Call” from 4:00pm for members only.
Members Badge Draw and Junior Raffle
The member badge draw will be drawn at 6pm and will start at $575. You must be in the clubhouse at the time of the draw and claim your prize within four minutes. The Junior raffle will not be run during the trial “calls”, we will wait until the “Call” is back in full operation before it returns.
We would like to thank all our members and visitors for their support and understanding during the tough December and early January restrictions. We hope that the lifting of restrictions continues and we can get back to normal operations.
