This week’s mini greens renovations have been very successful. All greens have now been cored and picked up. We cored and picked up all the practice greens and holes 11-18 with the exception of the 12th on Monday morning, and holes 1 through 10 on Tuesday morning.
On Thursday morning we will lightly top-dress all greens and broom in the sand, followed by a calcium and fungicide application that will be watered in. The greens may still be a little bumpy until the weekend but should then be fine coming out of the long weekend, and very healthy moving into the back end of summer. Thank you for your understanding while we try to do all this work ahead of golf each day. Our greens staff have been in from 4:30am to try and keep disturbance to a minimum but some minor disruptions have been necessary to make sure the job is completed on time.
