The Fixture Book indicates that Saturdays between the start of May and the end of August is for members only. We have been monitoring our numbers for the past three months and it indicates that tee times on a Saturday are not being fully utilised. This is partially due to our playing faster enabling additional times to be added on the time sheet. As a result we will remove the need to have members only on a Saturday for these four months and we would encourage you to take advantage of this and invite your friends or business associates to join you for a Saturday game. These visitors must be from another Club and have a valid Golflink number and will pay the usual visitor’s green fees. There is no need to seek the Club Captain’s approval, you may include the visitor on the time sheet when the sheet opens one week beforehand. We will continue to monitor our numbers to make sure none of our 7 day members misses out on a Saturday game and if this looks like happening we will re-introduce the members only stipulation.
Please particularly note that Wednesdays will remain for members only and visitors will only be allowed if spaces are available and with the approval of the Club Captain.
