
We are aware that there have been continuing instances of birthday vouchers not reaching recipients via email. We are currently working with MiClub to rectify this issue, and all missing vouchers will be reissued via email on Thursday 7th March.
Any vouchers which have been issued previously but have not been redeemed from 1st August to 1st February will be voided in the system and will also be reissued on Thursday 7th March.
The expiry period of all reissued vouchers will be the end of our membership year; 31st July 2019.
As email is our primary form of communication, we would appreciate if you could please ensure your email details are up to date via your contact details in the members’ portal, or by contacting reception.
In order to ensure all Club communications are received in future, we recommend adding ‘reception@mvgc.com.au’ to your contacts to prevent emails from ending up in the ‘junk’ folder.
