Just a quick reminder that annual subscription notices for playing memberships were sent out on 22nd May, with payment due by 1st July.

Payment Timeline:
Invoices are due 1st July 2025, with payment required no later than 30th July 2025 to ensure you are financial on the first day of our new year.
Payment Tips:
- BPAY: Can take up to 3 business days to process. To meet the due date, please make your payment on or before Thursday, 26th June.
- Pay As You Golf: If you plan to use this service, please arrange it promptly, as approval can take up to two weeks.
House Levy balances will not roll over into the 2025/26 membership year.
This mainly applies to Fairway and Fairway Gold members.
Your House Levy will not carry over into the new financial year. Please ensure you use any remaining balance by 31st July.
This levy can be spent at the bar, including on takeaway beverages, so it’s a great time to treat yourself or stock up!
How to check your House Levy balance:
Via the Website:
1. Log in to the Members Area
2. Click on ‘My Information’
3. A new page will open. Look for the ‘My Account’ box, which displays all your Club financial accounts
4. Look at the line items named ‘ House Levy’
Via the App:
1. Open the app and make sure you’re logged in
2.Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (bottom left of the homepage)
3. All your Club financial accounts will be listed
4. Look at the line items named ‘ House Levy’
Please note: Only the House Levy account does not roll over into the new financial year. If you see a minus sign (–) in front of the amount, that’s your available credit to spend.
