After being beaten last year by only one game, the Captain’s team came back with a vengeance and went all out to defeat the President’s team by 13 games to 11 with 1 game squared. There was fantastic scoring by both teams.
Cathy Cave and Karen Tattersall scored 49 stableford points, Jo Kirk and Pauline Plunkett 47, Kathy Adam and Jenny Stratford 46 c/b, Jackie Michael and Ina McPhee 46. Well done to all the ladies who played and got into the spirit of the day with their colourful outfits.
The weather was beautiful, and most of the ladies stayed back to enjoy the celebration and the drawing of the final raffle. The major prize was won by Gaeb Derham.
