As of Wednesday 1st November, the competition fees will go from $13 to $15, this is the first increase since August 2018. During the recent review of competition fees around Sydney clubs, Mona Vale was below average in relation to the cost for competitions. We will also be increasing the prize money for all events. 1st place will go from $70 to $80 and runner up will go from $40 to $45. Third place will go from 3 golf balls to a $20 voucher. The Pro Shop competition fee will remain at $2 and is optional for all members. When paying your competition fee, please advise the Pro Shop if you do not wish to enter the Pro comp.
$5 of every round played at Mona Vale goes towards course maintenance, this includes public rounds. The course budget was increased this year by 12% to keep up with industry increases and more importantly, to keep the golf course in tip-top shape. This is very evident at the moment with the course looking outstanding.
