The capillary drainage and bunker redesign work has continued this week on the 17th hole. (old 14th) 11A will be in play during the week while this work is completed. Please mark your score for 11A in the 17th hole when using a scorecard. When using the MiScore app you will need to scroll ahead to find the hole labelled 17-11A.
The work should take around 2-3 weeks to complete. However, on weekends the 17th hole will be back in play with the bunkers compulsory GUR.

While the 17th hole is out of play, we will replace the damaged drainage/stormwater pipe which runs underneath the front of the green surround. This pipe runs from the 13th hole penalty area near the OOB and runs all the way to the main dam via the new 18th tee.
During the drainage audit, this area was identified as an urgent replacement.
Unfortunately when the green staff commenced the removal of the old pipe, it was identified as asbestos. Work was stopped immediately, and our WHS plan came into effect. The pipe was tested, identified and will be taken off-site by a professional hazmat team. Not ideal to find such materials, however the safety of our staff, members and guests is our top priority.
