The Call/Booking Survey Results

The Board would like to thank all 6 Day B and 7 Day members (including category equivalents) who participated in The Call/Booking Survey that was sent out over the last two weeks. The survey received over 330 responses from the 560 that were sent out, which is an excellent response rate and one that gives us confidence in the results.

The Board has reviewed the responses and believes that the result of the survey supports continuing with the current process relating to The Call, with no immediate changes required. Although there were large numbers of responders expressing that different times and weighting of internet bookings would be preferable to them, approximately half of the membership supported both the current 7pm booking time and having some percentage of booking times available at The Call.
As has been the case to date, the Board will continue to monitor the percentages between The Call and Internet and make relevant adjustments, usually preceded by a trial period to ensure acceptance.

A reminder that due to government restrictions, The Call is not currently operating on Tuesdays or Fridays. The situation will be reassessed once restrictions ease and it is considered safe to conduct social gatherings.
