This week a number of our members are representing Mona Vale at the Men’s NSW Medal & Amateur which is an Australian Men’s Ranking and R & A World Amateur Ranking Event.
The NSW Medal is played over 36 holes of stroke play with the leading 32 available players progressing to the elimination rounds for the NSW Amateur Championship.
Over the last two days, rounds were played at both The Coast and at St Michaels, and the best placed of our members is our new junior member, Jacob Dundas who is even par and sitting five strokes behind the leaders, in 21st position.
This will progress Jacob through to the match-play rounds later this week and we wish this talented 16 year old the best of luck!
