The Grants committee again had success with a small grant for a second defibrillation unit. The grant was a dollar for dollar grant. The cost of the deliberation unit was $2500, with $1500 being provided through the local community grant scheme.
Having a second unit provides additional security in the event of an emergency. The location of unit 1 is in the entrance of the Pro Shop and the second unit is located at the top of the stairs inside the Clubhouse, next to the General Manger’s office.
