    Please lodge any queries for discussion at the meeting via email to the Secretary, Tricia Smith gtal_smith@bigpond.com<\/a> by 23rd November to allow for properly researched replies to be prepared for the benefit of members.<\/p>\n

    If a ballot is required, votes may be lodged on Monday 27th<\/sup> or Thursday 30th<\/sup> November in the Marquee between 11.00am \u2013 1.00pm with voting closing at 1.00 pm on Thursday 30th<\/sup>\u00a0 November.\u00a0 The ballot box will be located in the Pro Shop.<\/p>\n
