The Board of Directors will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday 3rd of May 2021 at 7.30pm. The meeting will address a number of recommended changes to the Club’s Constitution. Most of the recommended changes relate to membership. The changes will include the introduction of a new 50 Year membership category, we are looking to change the category name of the current 5 Day members to reflect the 6 days that they have access to the course. \u00a0The removal of the Country and Student memberships. The changes will also address the current Junior and Intermediate age based categories.<\/p>\n

The Board will also take this opportunity to present an update on the Clubhouse strategy. This was discussed at the Member’s Information Night in September 2020. A short presentation will be given to discuss and review the Clubhouse operations and possible renovations. We would encourage all members to attend the EGM as the suggested changes impact all members of MVGC.<\/p>\n
